Spud & Spike’s 2011 – Part 2

It has been a while since part one of “Spud & Spike’s 2011 – Part 1” but it’s been extremely hectic here with all of us being ill, getting back into the school routine and the pressure that is Project 366!

So we got to June and the birth of The Wonderful Adventures of Spud & Spike. At first I started just blogging about what the boys and I got up to and included reviews of products that I already had for the boys, like my beloved Easywalker Duo. I started reviewing for companies and received some absolutely brilliant products from Teething Bling, MAM, Pourty and CoolFans.

Two New Quinny Delights – The Moodd & The Yezz

Last week Quinny had their Facebook fans on the edges of their seats as they gradually unveiled a brand new pushchair that is due to be released towards the end of this year. Amidst the excitement they surprised them all by announcing a second pushchair that is due for release early next year.

Quinnycasters 2011 Update

We all got an email from Quinny last night -

“Unfortunately we’ve just been informed by production that due to unforeseen circumstances we will not be able to issue you with a Quinny Senzz to test. After much deliberation and careful consideration Quinny has had to take the decision not to continue with the Senzz Caster programme. This is purely down to time constraints.”

The good news is we are going to receive a product in the Autumn time to review which we don’t have any information on just yet. Just watch this space!

Quinnycasters 2011

A few weeks ago Quinny UK launched a competition to become one of the 20 Quinnycasters for 2011. This year they are asking us to put the new Quinny Senzz through it’s paces with various challenges. Everyone knows I am a total ‘Buggy Whore’ so who better to trial and review one of these?! Our first challenge was to keep it quiet. I had 24 hours of knowing this information and had to keep very tight lipped about it! Boy was that a tricky challenge!

Here is a quick sneaky peak at what we will be testing over the next few months, get used to it because it will be appearing a lot in the Blog! I am also very thrilled that a lot of other mummy Bloggers that I know or read about are taking part with me! Yay!
