Review – Mini Micro Scooter

Written by Lauren. Posted in Reviews, Toys

Now that Spud goes to a Pre School that is attached to the local Primary School, scooters are EVERYWHERE.  I think about 70% of children now scoot to school and the school even have designated scooter parking.  Of course as any 3 year old would, Spud decided that he wanted to join in on the action.  Every time we asked him what he wanted from Santa he would say a scooter.  Santa came early for Spud when in November last year a sparkly new Mini Micro Scooter arrived addressed to him.

Review – Big Jigs Wooden Railway Station Carry Set

Written by Lauren. Posted in Reviews, Toys

The one problem that we face on a day to day basis is where to store the Boys wooden train sets.  We don’t have the space for a big fancy train table and I like to keep all the pieces in one place so bits don’t get lost.  Big Jigs have come up with the perfect solution.  The Big Jigs Railway Station Carry Set offers a fantastic track with railway building which transforms into a brilliant carry case to store all of the pieces.  When Harry at Timeless Toys asked Spud and Spike to review the Big Jigs Railway Station Carry Set they were thrilled!

Review – Rocket Play Tent

Written by Lauren. Posted in Reviews, Toys

When www.playhouses.co.uk asked if we would like to review the Rocket Play Tent I knew I would get an obscene amount of brownie points from the boys so didn’t even hesitate with saying yes.  When it arrived I was quite shocked with how small and light the box was, knowing that it was going to be 1.1m wide and 1.4m tall!
