Review – Simply Fancy Dress

Written by Lauren. Posted in Miscellaneous, Reviews

The boys are just starting to see the appeal of fancy dress and on Halloween the minute we put their bat costumes on they both became super hyper and Spud started yelling scenarios at Spike who played along because his big brother totally rocks.  With this fresh in my mind when Simply Fancy Dress asked me if I would like to review I couldn’t really say no.

I’m a bit of a geeky gamer so when I saw Mario and Luigi costumes on the website I was thrilled.  The Hubby and I had a joke about which boy would be which character and decided that we would go with Spike for Mario because he is short and chubby and Luigi for Spud who is tall and thin.  I popped my order in and eagerly awaited their arrival.

Review – Ready Bed

We are quite lucky that when we go to stay at Nana and Pops’ house the boys have their own room.  However if we go to stay with the inlaws there is an awful lot of shuffling around to try and get everybody a suitable bed.  Next week we are staying at Nana and Pops’ again for a certain lady’s 50th birthday party and there will be a lot of other guests sleeping over as well.  With the prospect of them losing their bedroom Ready Bed, by Worlds Apart, came to the rescue with their all-in-one sleepover solution.

Review – Clarks Autumn/Winter 2012

In the summer because Spud wears so many different pairs of shoes depending on the weather we buy him lots of cheapish pairs or trainers, sandals, crocs, converse etc.  In the winter however he will wear one pair of shoes day in day out so always purchase a pair of nice, sturdy, warm boots that will last him the whole season.
