We are quite lucky that when we go to stay at Nana and Pops’ house the boys have their own room. However if we go to stay with the inlaws there is an awful lot of shuffling around to try and get everybody a suitable bed. Next week we are staying at Nana and Pops’ again for a certain lady’s 50th birthday party and there will be a lot of other guests sleeping over as well. With the prospect of them losing their bedroom Ready Bed, by Worlds Apart, came to the rescue with their all-in-one sleepover solution.
Ready Bed offer 3 different sizes, the My First Ready Bed (18 months – 3 years), Junior Ready Bed (3 years+) and Tween Ready Bed. All of them have a vast amount of designs to choose from to suit your child from cute Peppa Pig to cool Moshi Monsters and One Direction. Spud had a good look around the website and chose a Disney Cars 2 Junior Ready Bed.
A Ready Bed is essentially a blow up mattress built in to a sleeping bag meaning that children get a comfortable sleep without sliding off the inflatable bed in the middle of the night! They come with their own easy to use pump which had it up within about 5 minutes and even Spud could have a go. The sleeping bag cover is completely removable and machine washable at 30 degrees. The Ready Bed deflates in minutes and folds neatly into a travel bag for easy storage or to pack neatly in the car to take on a trip away.
Spud absolutely loved it and used it to watch his bed time TV. Before Spike got shipped off to his cot (the pictures were pre Operation Big Boy Bed!) he even had a go and snuggled down deep, I only just managed to prise him away! After putting Spike to bed I went off to tidy the kitchen whilst Spud was trying it out and completely forgot that he was in the living room as he was so quiet!
The Disney Cars 2 Junior Ready Bed has an RRP of £36.99 and is available from many retailers including Argos, Amazon and Tesco. Overall the Ready Bed is a fantastic product for sleepovers or lazy movie days. It is comfortable and how easy it is to wash makes it a HUGE hit in my eyes!
