Toyjeanius featured in both the baby and children’s pages of our 12 Days of Christmas feature because I was extremely impressed with the variety of products that they sell. We ordered Spike the I’m Toy Fire Engine Walker and Spud the Djeco Magnetic Letters for Christmas and both are firm favorites in this house. When the amazing Jean at Toyjeanius heard that we didn’t have any toy food in the boys toy kitchen and they were making me roasted Lightning McQueen every day she very kindly offered us some Haba Biofino Fabric Ravioli.
The little storage tin consists of 12 realistic felt “Ravioli” pieces and a red splodge of felt “tomato sauce.” When they arrived Spud was at nursery and Spike was sat playing with a toy pan and a spoon. We poured the Ravioli in and he was extremely impressed. He loves nothing more than to just keep stirring things in his pots and pans with him mini utensils.
He wasn’t best pleased when he spilt them though!
When Spud got in from Nursery he had just as much fun cooking us some Ravioli for dinner and even served it up for me and asked me if it was yummy. Neither boy particularly likes the tomato splodge but I think it’s because they can’t stir it as well as they can the Ravioli pieces.
The Haba Biofino Fabric Ravioli is very good quality and I have no worries that they stitching will come apart because they are extremely well made. At only £5.99 it’s excellent value for money and with the funky storage tin it would make a lovely gift.
A week later and we are still getting served Ravioli for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
