On the 3rd Day of Christmas Spud & Spike gave to me……….Gift ideas for BABIES

Written by Lauren on. Posted in 12 Days of Christmas

It is extremely overwhelming buying for children especially babies, there is just so much choice.  Here are some present ideas for the little people up to and including aged 3!

Toyjeanius sell a fabulous range of products for children and I absolutely adore these Haba Zoolino fabric building blocks.  Being Haba the quality is fantasic and they offer something a little different to ordinary blocks.  They are suitable from about 10 months of age these blocks have interchangable heads and each makes a different sound.  They can be played with individually or as a set and retail for £28.49.  More Toyjeanius baby toys can be found here be sure to check them out although they are all so lovely that it will be hard to choose!   Fudgy Bear is still a huge hit in this house so we would recommend it for any child this Christmas.  Fudgy Bear stars in his own book series all of which are bright, fun and educational.  You can check out our review here.  Be sure to check out the Fudgy Bear website for brilliant bundle deals and offers.  Keep your eyes peeled for the chance to win your very own Fudgy Bear package with Spud & Spike’s 12 Days of Christmas.       Spud is getting a Strider Rider UK balance bike from Santa this year.  You can find out about the benefits of a Strider Rider in our post.  They retail at £79.99 but for a bike that is fully adjustable and suited from 18 months to 5 years it is well worth it.     We love Tinga Tinga tales in this house so were delighted when they released their toys.  The Up, Down All Around Monkey is suitable from 18 months and his built-in sensor recognises whether he is up, down or lying down, allowing him to make different noises.  He has an RRP of £24.99 and is currently on offer on Amazon but you could be in with a chance to win one when our competitions are launched!       Icbaby are an online baby goods store that offer everything you need for your little one.  They also offer a vast range of toys for babies and toddlers.  One of my favourite is the Fill em Up Frog by Lamaze.  The three toys whistle, float and squirt and it’s great value for money at only £8.95.       New this Christmas at Cheeky Rascals is the Wishbone Flip.  Made from sustainable wood this 3 in 1 toy with innovative flipping mechanism turns from a rocker to an indoor wheeled ride on or push along toy in a matter of seconds with no assembly required.  It has an RRP of £120 but it is built to last and is suitable from 1-5 years and it is likely to do younger siblings as well.  It’s definitely worth investing in for the quality and for the variety of fun that it will give to children. This year Noddy had a make over and instead of just driving his car he now has a pilots licence and can fly planes and helicopters!  Along with the new episodes came a whole new toy range.  This “Noddy takes the the air” set is Spud’s favourite as it features a plane, helicopter and runway as well as a little Noddy pilot.  It is avaliable from all good toy stores at £24.99   Now the Moover pram by Hippychick makes me want to either steal a baby girl or dress Spike in pink.  I absolutely love it.  It comes full assembled with shock absorbing wheels and plenty of space for little dolls.  Pictures really don’t do it justice as it is truly beautiful.  It has an RRP of £69.99 and is suitable from 12 months to approx 3 years.  It comes in Cherry red or natural.  It is a fantastic quality birch veneer with rubber tyres and will last beyond it’s 2 year suitability.
